About Impact Enid
This event brings together nonprofit leaders, staff, and board members from across the Enid community for a focused day of leadership development, collaboration, and shared learning. Attendees will gain fresh perspective, strengthen their networks, and leave equipped to elevate their mission and expand their impact.
The summit features a keynote presentation and hands-on workshop with Glennda Testone, CEO of Nonprofit Leadership Lab and co-host of the Nonprofits Are Messy podcast, along with a moderated panel of local nonprofit leaders sharing real-world experience and strategies.
Lunch will be provided, and attendees will have the opportunity to receive a complimentary professional headshot provided by Dawn Muncy Photography.
All Enid nonprofit organizations are invited to register up to four attendees per organization, including leaders, staff members, and board members. Seating is limited and registration will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Glennda Testone is a nonprofit leadership expert and the CEO of the Nonprofit Leadership Lab, a community of thousands of nonprofit leaders across the globe. She writes a monthly blog for jonagarry.com and hosts podcast episodes for Nonprofits Are Messy, which has reached over 2 million listeners worldwide.
Previously, Testone spent 14 years as the Executive Director of New York City’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center. Over the course of her tenure at The Center, she tripled the organization's budget, strengthened its programs, and completed a $9M capital building renovation to transform the LGBTQ community’s home on West 13 Street. Additionally, she partnered with Google to launch the virtual reality experience Stonewall Forever, celebrating the 50th anniversary of Stonewall, and helped lead a racial equity transformation of the organization. Testone previously served as Vice President at The Women's Media Center and Senior Director of Media Programs for the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD).
